The amicable exes have been working on the division of their assets ever since they announced their split in February, with TMZ now reporting that Kim, 40, will remain in the Hidden Hills Estate with her four children.
It had been reported for months that Kim would get the former couple’s iconic mega-mansion so their four children (daughters North, eight, and Chicago, three, and sons Saint, five, and Psalm, two) can remain in their family home.
Now court documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday claim the Skims founder will become the sole owner of the home after ‘extremely cordial’ negotiations which saw her pay the 44-year-old rapper ‘in cash’.
The publication previously claimed that Kim was keen to remain in the home because she ‘really likes the house’ and the fact most of her family live ‘within a block of her in the same community’.
Kim and Kanye bought their home in Calabasas, California, in 2014 for $20m (£14m).
The couple are thought to have spent another $20m renovating, with the property now worth a reported $60m.
Kimye are divorcing after six years of marriage, with the official paperwork citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason behind their split.

They also revealed that Kim has filed for divorce on the legal grounds of ‘irreconcilable differences’ and that sh requeested to terminate spousal support.

The documents reference a prenup Kim and Kanye had in place when it comes to separating property.
Meanwhile, Kim might possible regret her decision to keep the home seeing as her eldest daughter North keeps calling it ‘ugly’ during their arguments.
